Telesales Executive/ Booking Advisor

3-5 days/evenings per week
Salary & bonus combined up to 20k OTE per year (based on full time equivalent pro rata hours)

Role Overview:-

We are looking for an exceptional individual to make bookings for family portrait sessions (based at our studio in Shipley). You will be highly professional, focused and target driven, calling both existing and new customers from warm leads and new recent enquiries. Whilst the primary focus is making bookings behind the scenes, you will also occasionally cover various face to face reception duties, such as welcoming and greeting clients upon their arrival and some basic admin duties behind the scenes. This is an ideal job for someone who is a very strong communicator, who likes talking to customers of all ages and would love to become part of a well-respected team, joining a successful growing business and work within a fantastic, friendly environment. This role also has a fantastic oppurtunity to progress for the right candidate.

The successful candidate must:-

• Have past experience in Telesales / or a high quality face to face sales environment
• Be Target driven and focused, able to work on their own, with or without supervision
• Be persuasive and articulate, clearly able to communicate ideas and advice to client’s
• Have a strong interest in creative ideas and style in order to advise customers on what to bring and wear        for their shoot etc.
• Be confident with an excellent clear voice and friendly telephone manner
• Possess a highly positive and enthusiastic personality
• Be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
• Be well presented
• Be computer literate and fast at typing
• Live locally within 5 miles of our studio in Shipley

Promotional Sales Representative

Overview of role . . .

Exhibitions and Promotional Events (on location)
The job role is to personally represent the studio, face to face at promotions to the general public. (various high footfall locations such as shopping centres, localised partner venues, or public events such as fairs, shows, carnivals etc).
We have various established customer acquisition promotions in order to sell the benefits of our special portrait experience packages,which we adapt according to special events and seasons throughout the year. The main objective is to sell a Gift Experience Voucher which gives the recipient an amazing special offer, typically with a substantial discount to give them a great head start with no obligation. It’s a very 'nice sell' not a 'hard sell' - as being a market leading studio, we need to maintain our excellent reputation for service as well our renown quality. As with any public facing sales role it’s a numbers game and success with this role is down to the ability of our representatives being able to successfully enthuse and engage with lots of people of all ages and backgrounds.
Candidate requirements
Whilst full training will be provided and no experience in our business sector is required, suitable candidates must possess the following:-
Exceptional people skills, confidence and enthusiasm in abundance, be well presented, be resilient, target driven, be self-motivated with a positive attitude. Additionally, they will need to be very organised, punctual, trustworthy - able to work on own initiative as this role is mostly unsupervised. Finally you must have a driving licence and own vehicle to travel to and from local events and venues.
Hours of work
Part Time Hours on an ad-hoc basis, either as employed or freelance. (Shifts can vary, from approx 2 to 8 shifts per month between Monday and Sunday)
Pay / Benefits
Basic Monthly Salary + £Excellent Bonuses
Fantastic earning potential for the right candidate based on a combination of basic salary + proven realistic bonuses equating to a minimum OTE of between £12-£16 per hour.
